Increase in online activity

Over the past weeks we have speculated on how the property market is going to change during this period of social distancing and economic challenge. Despite current conditions, it is clear that people remain passionate for property.

In March, we saw a 19% increase in views of our online listings when compared to the previous month, and into April have continued to see a further 10% increase. Focusing on providing information to buyers and sellers right now is our priority and giving all parties the opportunity to continue to transact safely is where our focus remains.

What we are seeing is people spending more time at home researching the property market, with searches for properties for sale and rent increasing for the second month in a row.

20 Rosina Street, Kembla Grange is just one example showcasing the various digital marketing products we have available. View the full virtual tour here

We have access to quality virtual marketing products and more flexibility to ensure we can handle the demand for increased private viewings, which has already been implemented and is working extremely well.

Utilising the strength of our extensive buyer database is also our key point of difference right now and it’s the remote contact with this network that will ensure we have the ability to deliver results even in a challenging time like this.
